    I have no idea if this product is good or not I NEVER GOT IT installed ..... the awful human that came to install and mount my tv used my old mount and then said he used the new one! IM STILL WAITING for a refund. I will never purchase anything from Best Buy ever again! Worst costumer service ever!

    This is a very sturdy and durable product. Works as described amd easy to assemble. My only suggestion is use air compression to screw to wall.
