    it took more than a month and half and 3 changes to the appointment to bring the tv and fix to the wall. lot of inconvenience and back and forth and the customer rep at that time promised discount or 100$ credit that never fulfilled. the guy who fixed finally was nice and courteous but i need discount or credit
