    Its not the product i am reviewing, its Best Buy online. They strung me along for over a month promising that i would have my TV next week, ener week they did that. Then they said my mounting equipment was no longer returnable. I asked to speak to a Supervisor and never got a call back. If they hadnt lied to.me for over a month i would have my tv by now, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

    This Mount is great! allows you to adjust how far off the wall you want the TV and allows tilting for easy acces to the back of the TV for pluging things in.

    Get the Rocketfish Full Motion instead, it is FAR superior in every way. The Sanus "Elite" is finnicky, kind of a 'set it and leave it alone'. I had to tighten the screws several times to make it 'fall into place' correctly. The RocketFish full motion you can tilt/spin/swivel/forward/backwards and it doesn't require any tightening. Just position it where you want it, and it stays there. Best use case if you intend on angling the TV often, I use it in a workshop so it helps.
