    I had asked for the wall mount that came out at least 20-24 inches from the wall. I noticed in my printed conversation with your worker that was not recorded. Will only do business in person from now on.

    Solid bracket and holds the weight of my 65" tv. It's easy to attach and detach the tv, but requires at least 2 people to do it.

    I had to return it. I just didn't feel that it was sturdy enough to have a 100lb 85" Samsung TV. I still replaced it with a different Sanus model that was more flush to the wall and did not offer the extended out tilt controls. Sanus makes a great product, but there was no way I was trusting an 85" tv hanging on.
