    So far so good, the bracket seems to be holding the TV well in place. The bracket I believe did not come with the ideal concrete screws. The people that installed it brought that to my attention. I think that is a big flaw.

    worst service of any company, requested Monday delivery to a business address and provided clear details and instructions and someone thought it would be a great idea to just leave these sitting outside the front door of a business. no way to contact the driver even though it said I was, and no response. unacceptable and if the fact that it is a business account, a Business location and no one around on a weekend isn't obvious enough then you need to do better

    It's okay, I was hoping for an improvement from the model they sell at Costco, but it's just different. Normally you have an arm in the middle that allows movement, but this is anchored by two legs, the lock is finicky, I had to reset it a few times to get the mechanism to sync.
