The instructions aren’t great either. Now I’m stuck with holes behind my tv that while they won’t be seen still aggravates me that we had to go through so many loops to get this thing in the wall. An extra cost to have my contractor fill those unnecessary holes and paint over them. Ugh…

I called the manufacturer to see if I could purchase a replacement part. They informed me that they do not sell replacement parts, but I could email them with the reciept for a possible warranty replacement. They never responded to that email. So now I have to get a new TV mount because this one wont hold together more than one mounting cycle. For $200 this is a very poorly made product with zero manufacturer support. I would suggest you look for a different mount and at different mounting brands.
