    I prefer the elite tilt model much more. This one feels much cheaper and the metal bracket is loose causing my tv to be a little bit lopsided on one side I did not return due to hassle of taking tv down and returning

    If your wall has steel studs rather than wood or solid concrete, then this doesn't come with everything you need in order to mount your TV. The instructions say that "steel stud SSMK1 is required for install, but NOT INCLUDED, Call Customer Service". I checked with customer service who said I needed to buy the SSMK1 kit separately. Genuinely ridiculous, misleading labeling.

    The side to side swivel doesn’t lock into place. Any wind moves the TV. The tilt works fine. Bought a better on on Amazon for half the price.

    Best Buy failed to deliver all of the merchandise we purchased from them. They scheduled delivery, installation, and set up seven (7) times and cancelled all of them at the last minute except for the last time on 1/9/2025. They just showed up without any of the merchandise.
