    Overall the mount itself is really good only thing i dont really like about it is that the plate that goes on the wall is partially plastic which i think might make it not a great option for long term mounting.

    It would be a far better product if the installers had taken the time and effort to “show” us how to ”adjust” the tv mount. It’s currently in a poor position and we can not adjust it.

    Mount came with one hook. Talked to customer care and they weren’t any help since I had opened it past my return window. Now I have a mount with one hook. Stay classy Best Buy
