Cheap wall mount bracket

I needed to use a flashlight to plug in cables, Or, take the TV off the mount each time you need to may a change.

Don’t trust on larger TV’s.

The website links to the mounting instructional videos were not correct. Took me to the general site with no links to the videos. Gave up on that. One or the locking mechanisms on the bracket broke, and I almost dumped a 70” TV in the floor. Maybe this is okay for a smaller TV, BUT DO NOT trust this mount to larger TV’s. It’s partially made with plastic. I returned to Best Buy. The Best Buy customer service was 5⭐️. The product should really be zero stars. Beware.

Sorry to hear that. There is a post-install tilt adjustment that you can tighten so it doesn't tilt all the way. For a visual of the tilt adjustment see page 10 in the IM. Below is the link to our online manual.
