Worst Mount Ever

If you don't hit a stud the screws just turn and makes holes, anchors don't work with this they can't fit through the holes. I had 10 holes behind my TV just trying to hang this.

I would recommend buying any other brand BUT TCl, avoid this brand at all costs!

I am so glad that I returned a lower price basic model for this one that extends, tilts, and swivels for improved viewing angles, and easy cable access. It even has a micro-leveling adjustment to attain a perfect installation. It is very well engineered, solid, and had the best installation instructions I have ever used.

BestBuy delays make for poor return policy

Then just before the installation date, they wanted to push it out another month. Too, too late. Of course, they shipped the wall mount earlier, but due to their delay by the time they told me they could not keep their word on delivery date, the return window for the mount had passed. Poor planning.
