Don't bother with the frustration of calling and being rerouted 10 times and never speaking with anyone local. No accountability!

Still works, just need a replacement.

I cancelled every thing. I asked to talk to manager or assistant. No body was in store to explain why I had 2 no showed. I will not recommend your shop to any one. Thanks a lot.

RUN AWAY - Too many option who want your business.

Metal makes popping sound as it cools…

Must be the heat from the television and room temperature fluctuations. Rather annoying too hear the loud sound as you lay down to sleep after an evening of watching tv. When it first happened I thought the tv was going to fall off the wall. I don’t want to switch out the product since they made large drill holes in my wall at installation and I don’t want to put anymore stress on the wall. I am sure the manufacturer is aware and they choose to sell it anyway :/

Did not align with the studs in my home

The installer showed me the alignment to attach the 75" could only attach to one stud and the other attachment would have to be with anchors in the drywall. NO NO NO

Disappointing purchase

It greatly diminished the overall quality of such an expensive TV. Very disappointing once everything was mounted and installed.

Bad product
