Sorry to hear that. Have you tried the post install level adjustment? There is a screw on the back of the mount that you can adjust with the provided hex key. Instructions are on page 10 if you still have your install manual. If you don't we have a copy of the IM, I posted the link to it below.

Sorry to hear that. This mount is a tilt mount and doesn't feature the ability to swivel it can only tilt and extend. If you're looking for a mount that extends, tilts and swivels I'd recommend a full motion mount vs a tilt mount.
