The color is brilliant & feels like the actors are in my house. The voices are clear & crisp. However, it does take a bit of time to negotiate changes I.e., language, words typed on the screen reflecting dialogue.

Waiting for it all to come crashing down...

I don't know how it holds the tv when the arms are extended, as they are very rickety; but its been 3 weeks and the tv has yet to come crashing down. Nothing feels tightened and there's no way to fix that. Once I found the studs, it was very easy to install, so that was nice.
