Installation did not go well.

Gave them instructions on where tv was to be mounted. They brought the boxed and banded tv in and set it on the floor. Once they were ready to take the tv out of the box, they slid the box across newly installed hardwood floor and the band scratched the floor. They saw what they did but did even offer an apology.
