The outside contractor working for the Geek Squad installed it anyway and didn’t tell me about the problem until it was too late. Geek Squad had to come back and replace it with a different one. ☹️

Larger TV's will pull the mount down if the mount is extended. Specifications say 42-90" but the mount will not work for larger TV's especially 85/86 inch TV's. I used to buy only Sanus Mounts. Won't be buying this ever again.

Posted .Sorry to hear that. Is the mount tilting down? If so have you tried the post install tilt adjustment. You should be able to tighten the tilt by using and hex key on the tilt knob on the side of the mount. For a visual reference this can be found on page 10 in the IM. Poor return policy for unopened product

The time it took to get someone here to install it and realize that meant that the short return window at Best Buy will not refund past 2 weeks even if not opened.

This didnt match up with the 75” TV i purchased from LG. Now I have to take it back. It did seem like it would have been a nice mount had it fit the large TV.
