Full disclosure, I did hire someone to do the mounting, but it was fairly easy to use. I really appreciate the extendability as it makes it easy to make adjustments behind the TV, as well as adds an additional dimension in customization for your TV setup in your room!

I chose this model for my 65 TV because it allows the TV to slide several inches from the center. The way my wall studs were situated, I needed this to center my TV above the fireplace mantel. I also needed it to be able to tilt side to side.

Installation was easier than with other mounts I've used. I do wish I would have gotten one with more movement options (tilting up, down, left, and right) but it doesn't really matter realistically. All in all money well spent.

Best overall mount

This is the only mount I use in my own house. If you are considering a flush mount, don't, this will make plugging things in to the tv easier.

It holds my 50 inch tv easily. It was installed by myself instead of paying to any technician. Therefore installing is also not that hard.
