The spacers that you must use with the screws are way to long for the 50 inch Vizio we bought. Ended up cutting the spacers in half and then it worked

Definately NOT "Universal"

Well I got one but it wasn't at the cost of installation! Two HUGE problems...first, the bolts to mount the TV to the mount are not the right length for my 40" Samsung SmartTV. They were too long when used alone...or too short when used with the spacers included. Secondly, the bracket fit directly over the port where your power plug goes and unless you use the spacers (I cut them down to size) then you can't get your TV plugged in! For the price you pay this thing should not require any modifications!

Didn't fit

Poor customer svc from Sanus

Contractor and I both tried to contact provider and it was a typical hide/seek game. First unable to connect to tech svc then when transferred it was a disconnect after long busy signal. Next wrong department and continual busy signal. I asked to speak to supervisor and the results were the same. Contractor had to configure set up himself! Not good customer relations.

Wrong wall mount needed.
