From the outset with a 12 hour window to not getting a phone call 30 minutes in advance that caused a misssed appointment to almost 3 hours of phone calls to get the installation properly rescheduled, it was a complete mess and total disaster. Highly unlikely that I will ever want to buy anything from Best Buy again that requires installation. Abt has exceptional installation service and customer service department.

However, I wouldn't know because the installers DID NOT bring the wall mount that I paid for. They DID NOT bring any wall mount at all. They did see that I did in deed purchase the unit, but they were not given one to bring to the installation. As far as I can tell, I still haven't been reinburst for for the unit. As it turned out, my old wall mount was all I needed. The installers were GREAT by the way. No complaints about them at all.
