The fact that it is difficult to get behind the tv. I ended up buying the model that pulls out from the wall. Makes it so much easier to get behind the tv if needed. The same company carries this model.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This Sanus wall mount bracket was more than capable of handling my 77 inch LG OLED and it was exactly why I bought it. I like the thin reveal between the wall and the tv as my tv is not mounted very high. The mounting instructions are clear and Sanus has online instructions that really helped as well. One thing to keep in mind when using this mount is that you want your HDMI and power connections in place when you hang the tv to the wall mount. Once the tv is on the wall, you do not have enough space to attach cables. I had to take down the tv once I discovered this to install the cables.

So, I haven't hung it on the wall yet, was thinking about taking it back, but was told to hold off, so I did.

Forget Best Buy

But to literally have Best Buy offer me store credit in the middle of a pandemic instead of returning the monies to my card was absolutely ridiculous.
