I would have rated it at 5 stars, but I had to mix and match the spacers to get the correct mounting position on the back of my Samsung TV.

My only complaint is the allen wrench provided is too short to reach the leveling screw once the tv is mounted. Short by a good 8" on my 85" TV

I had Geek Squad install it and of course hang the TV on it. Its perfect, it has pull downs for the time i will eventually need to take it down

It comes with an excellent template, clear directions and a great variety of hardware and spacers that should account for just about every model. Just a few tools and 10 minutes and we were watching TV.

It’s been up for over a month and no problems. The bracket doesn’t swing out but it does let you move the tv a few inches to the left or right if you need to.
