We had used a different type but my wife was unhappy about how far the TX stuck out from the wall. We changed to this model and it now hugs the wall nicely.

I would have rated it at 5 stars, but I had to mix and match the spacers to get the correct mounting position on the back of my Samsung TV.

It’s been up for over a month and no problems. The bracket doesn’t swing out but it does let you move the tv a few inches to the left or right if you need to.

The sales person told me I would need this when buying the new tv and sound bar ect. Come to find out no I did not need it. Sales over sold me not knowing any better.
