Not sure if it’s how big my TV is, but does not feel very secure on the mount. I have not used it for much other that it’s regular position because I am never out of how unsecure it feels.

But, arms start VERY stiff and hard to move after the TV is on. I have a 75 inch TV and it still requires a lot to pull the TV and move it to the best angle. It also doesn't seem to hold as well as my Rockfish brand one.

We were not going to lower since it took to long to install. Once on the wall it was ok but next time we will look for a different wall mount.

Fragile

This mount should be easier to extend as you continue to use it. Depending on the size of your TV, you may need two people but otherwise this should ease up as time goes on. I will make a note of this though to our product managers. Please keep us in mind for the future!

Full motion mount

Big, heavy, but sturdy

I wished I would have purchased a different one but the best buy customer service man highly recommended it. The mount tilts left, right, or crooked. Who watches TV crooked? I wish it could move up and down. Its so big you don't want to bother readjusting the height after the pain of installing. My husband was really frustrated installing this big thing. The positive, if there is a tornado my TV will stay mounted to the wall!

Not as stable as I thought it would be.

I would never have purchased it if I knew that. Even went back to Best Buy to double check the demo model. It didn't have it either and the tech just said Yep. No diagonl tilt stability. No way to lock it in place. Thumbs down.
