Mounting overall was easy, however getting and keeping the tv level was almost impossible. And once level you can’t touch it or it goes out of level! When contacting Sanus about this issue, I was told this is expected. If I knew this I wouldn’t have bothered to buy and pay a premium for an articulating mount....because you can’t touch it once it’s level.

I'm sorry for the issues with the leveling on your TV and your experience with the customer care team. A few suggestions: on the installation manual on page 23, step 5, there is a screw installed to lock the mount, make sure that securement screw is tightened. Page 24 also offers give step by step leveling instructions. Hope this helps!

But the mount has inadequate range of motion to even lower the TV 3 inches. Disappointing performance from an expensive product.
