Won't stay level

Only problem is, once you move it, it's very hard to get it to set level again against the wall.

expensive tv mount

Placement had to be exact, and I used the web site to calculate the measurements. Using those numbers I ended up with the mounted tv three inches off of my intended spot. not real happy with final installation.

Poor quality

Thank you for reaching out. We're sorry you weren't completely satisfied with your purchase. Based on your description, it sounds like the leveling screws may have not been tightened. The leveling screws come pre-attached to the mount arm and can be tightened by hand or with a screw driver. Once tightened, any need to level should be significantly reduced.

I am sorry there is some drooping with your screen. If your TV is within the weight limit of 150lbs, make sure that the locking screws on the back of the TV are secure and that the tilt knob is fully tightened with a hex key. Rest assured though, as long as your wall meets our requirements (drywall no thicker than 5/8" with wood studs 1.5"x3.5" or solid concrete block) this will hold your TV safely. I'm sorry that you are experiencing difficulties in moving the TV on the mount. One suggestin would be to adjust the tension with the screws on the top of each joint. Also, the more you use this mount the easier the this will get.

I returned it. i only bought it cause this was the only mount that was adjustable at the base to fit my wall studs.
