Well built but too heavy and missing parts

The mount itself is very heavy duty, and heavy period. I am actually a bit concerned that the weight of the mount plus the weight of my television will be too much for the wall to bear. We'll see. The package arrived missing some vital parts that the manufacturer was quick to replace but still left me a little upset and wondering what else may have been omitted. Also note that the mount's lateral position options are limited when attaching to concrete/centreblock walls.

The template that came with the mount did not actually match up with the mount, itself. This required re-drilling of the holes. After contacting the company this seems to be a known problem. The TV does not stay level after adjusting the swing arms even after using the leveling system. The plastic covers that hide the bolts are flimsy and don't stay on. They sent me another set but could only get 1 of the 2 to actually click into position and stay. Not worth the 300 dollars.

Was told by Best Buy that this is the best mount and would work on any wall. Nothing on box provides this information you discover this after you have it home and begin unpacking. For the headache of bringing home, unpacking then having to repack and return it gets 1 star....

I'm sorry that this was not clear. We do not recommend installing any full motion mount on metal studs as they will cause the stud to wear over time and not be as sturdy. I will be sure to let our Best Buy team know that this occurred.
