Explained everything to me before they started. All said and done I was very pleased. Also bought some Rockfish HDMI cables not bad for the price seem to be working fine.I would definitely recommend the service.

Nice Mount as is or separate
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Geek Squad wouldn't drill and post mount the lions share of this mount as I had a 9 inch solid protruding post making the rail, that required 16 inch on center studs, obsolete. Four quick holes in the mount with a drill and moments later it was going nowhere. I get the responsibility curve in today's litigious society, but for the sake of using your head, just think out of the box and Do It!

Make sure to tighten down screws, not the ones used to mount it, in the bracket once TV is hung otherwise TV will slightly lean to one side. Also, this is tough to install so you may need a professional. I got my contractor to do it at half the cost of Best Buy.

The wall template doesn't match mounting hole seperation of wall plate so ended up needing to redrill some holes. Second problem is that the mounting point isn't in the center of the bracket so you need to mount the wall part higher than the center of the tv to get the height you want the tv at. Might be in instructions but I didn't read it there so had to remount wall bracket to get tv at the height that I wanted. Measure everything at least twice and then start mounting things up. Works great after I got it setup.I like it.
