When the TV was delivered, the delivery guy said that they only deliver and do not install. That the installers might be right behind them. So i called customer service. The 1st person had no clue what was going on. The 2nd lady was a lot of help. She told me their system did not register my free installation when i purchased it online. She said she could fix it but since it was the same day she could not. So she escalted me. The next person told me they couldn't help me. So i am stuck with a 98" TV in my living room. I went to the closest store and talked to the Geek Squad MGR. He said he would be able to fix it, if it was bought in store. He said to wait 1 business day and call so they couldn't fix it. Now i have called 3 more times. 2 of the 3 said they would have a MGR call mw back and never did. Bestbuy would rather have me return the TV than just give me the free installation should have came with my. This is the worst experience i have ever had.
