worked great while it lasted

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Today about 2 weeks into using this I found my GPS on the dash due to a failure in the GPS ball mount. The double sided tape that was preinstalled on the ball mount came off the magnet and the magnet was still attached to the dash mount but my GPS fell off over night (not in the heat of the day as I would have thought). Will have to see if Scosche will replace ball mount part. If not this goes to zero stars.

Glue melts at high temperatures

Holder too small

Dash didn't stick

I've tried multiple locations on my car's dashboard for this item in hopes of it holding up my GPS. It hasn't stuck on a place yet for more than a few days at most.

Not so great

However, the dash mount part is terrible. It did not stick to anything. I pressed it for a good two minutes, and it's still fell right off. Go with the window mount suction one instead.
