    The product is excellent! Best Buy said it would be delivered by a certain time but it wasn’t it was like a week behind cause they had an issue on their end.

    Dont waste your money.bought this to pare with the new xbox x. The older games for xbox one and s will play off the hard drive but all the x series games wount play off it so whats the point if i jave to install the new games to the site just to play. Waste of money

    Honestly, this thing needs to be updated. It's super slow and trying to transfer games from Xbox to storage.

    I purchased this storage device, however if you want to play the games for xbox series s, you have to transfer them from the extended storage to your internal storage. Would not recommend unless you have a large collection of backwards compatible/ unoptimized games, but honestly, just get the larger storage version of the series s or x, and save your money.

    Picked up 9 days ago and have spent total of 6hrs on xbox. As of day 8 it dont work and is cause xbox to turn off and on until i unplug it. Havent found fix online. Also you cant play most games from the external so your moving games back and forth if you want to game.
