Overpriced Junk
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The worst thing ever designed. Too small, Inaccurate and thoroughly infuriating to use. Overpriced paperweight equivalent to JUNK in ever aspect. I ended crushing this remote in my hand. That was the only positive experience I had with this remote 1. Controlling a Roku - forget it. Rather than using IR it wants to connect via some other method and basically disconnects. Rebooting, shutting down, plugging in, nothing corrects it. It connects when it wants. 2. Battery meter completely inaccurate 3. Scrolling arrows in the middle are far to small so you always hit the center select button instead of an arrow to scroll. 4. Using the fast swipe scrolling to flip between screens. Might sometimes work to move quickly. Most of the time you end up selecting in a menu you didn't want and then having to exit and try it again.

Waste of time and money

After a couple hours of trying, sent an email to "support", (no phone support). 12 hours later I got an email asking me to do the same thing their website says to do. If you have a lot of time, (hours), and a few hundred dollars, give it a try. I don't, returned it this afternoon.

Cracks Easily
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.In their kickstarter campaign they said that they will offer a case, but then later said that they have a better design to protect the unit from cracking when it's dropped. Ours lasted for a month and a simple 3ft drop to the hardwood floor was all that was enough to crack the screen. And then it stopped working. Emails and messages on Facebook to the company did no good.
