Everyone has touch screens but no wants to constantly look at the tv remote. It did not work for my set up. It was difficult to setup and complicated to use button layouts change with activities which made it hard to learn the remote. Screen was unresponsive at times. The build quality was terrible it fell once off the couch on to a carpeted floor and it scratched and dented

This is my favorite. Loaded with features & it’s compatible with a ton of devices. The “U” model is very affordable.

IR Only is a downside

Purchased for roughly $100 on Black Friday. I dropped a glass mug on it and broke the screen, I can still use it with no problems. My wife and daughter hate this remote and said it is the user friendly. I would have avoided this purchased and just went with a regular smart remote.

Genius idea; poor execution

But, I could not for the love of God get this remote to authenticate my Wi-Fi after attempting to install the firmware update. If you have the Google Wi-Fi mesh system, pass on this product because it did not work with mine. Two stars for the concept and no need for a hub.

The company was bought out for its patents and is now basically in maintenance mode till warranties run out IMHO. If you ask in there forums for future plans, roadmap, or even updates you got a canned update they where still working on it. However they are now deleting those threads or questions outright and have not responded in a couple months. There have been no updates, no firmware fixes and it doesn’t support tons of new products. I loved the product but now I can’t recommend anyone buy one.
