Overall good cleaning. Occasionally gets stuck on odd places but app notifies when attention needed. Helps in between those heavy floor cleanings

I’ll compare this to the Roborock S6, as the Shark is going to replace that for me. Pros: - Has a lower profile than the Roborock - allowing it to get under some cabinets that the Roborock could not. - Has a lower front bumper than the Roborock, this causes it to detect objects lower to the ground. For example, the other vacuum I have tries to run over a table base, but the lower part of the Shark touches this and doesn’t run over it. - The laser vision seems to be more sensitive on the Shark. This allows is to get right up next to obstacles, without bumping into them. The Roborock struggles with some baseboards, resulting in black marks on the baseboards from the vacuum hitting them. - Mapping is more detailed than the Roborock - mapping around sliding glass doors creates more of a straight line. The Roborock sees through the glass, causing the map to look very odd. - Mapping is also fairly quick, even though I had to do it a few times (see below). - Mopping function is great to have and the carpet detection feature is amazing and accurate. I’ve set up rooms and zones and am able to get it to mop 90% of the hard surface flooring (there are areas of hard surface separated by carpeting, so I do need to manually move it to that area for mopping). - Cleaning is great, no problems with small debris (no big messes yet). Because of the great mapping, smaller profile, and lower profile on the front, it is able to clean more areas than the Roborock. Cons: - The app is a bit clunky. Setup was obvious and easy, but there were a couple of problems. I was using an iPad to set this up but the app is not designed for iPad, giving the smaller iPhone interface with the ability to expand it to fill the screen. Not sure if that was the issue, but there were some buttons that were off screen. For example, when entering the WiFi password or setting the name of the vacuum, there was no button visible to submit the values (tapping the enter key didn’t work). I would suggest not using the iPad for set up (not sure if the phone app has the same issues). An iPad app would be great to have, though, to have more room to create/edit rooms and zones. - Mapping had some issues - I had to recreate it 3 times. —The first map was accurate, but it needed to be rotated. When rotating the map, then saving, the rooms did not rotate with the floor plan. I couldn’t figure out a way to correct that and didn’t want to manually create the rooms. So, I deleted and created a new map. —The second map was not accurate at all, half of the house was missing. —The third map was similar to the first, which should be rotated to make sense, but I didn’t want to mess it up so I left it as is. - In my experience with a few different robot vacuums, they all have issues with setup and/or configuration in the app. So while this app isn’t ideal, it isn’t worse than the other options. - It is loud. It does a great job of cleaning, but it is difficult to be in the same room while cleaning is happening. You can change the power level in the app, which does help reduce the amount of noise produced. You can also set quiet times to have the vacuum operate in eco mode to reduce noise. —- Overall, this will be a great vacuum for my needs. Setup was a bit painful, but luckily that does not need to be done again. Compared to the Roborock, the Shark is a better value and provides similar yet more refined features for a lower price.

There should maybe be a warning about keeping your dog locked up while the robot is in use. They clash, and the robot can’t clean as good. Other then that, pretty good and smart vacuum.

I love this SharkClean robot. I hesitated at first because I have high plush carpeting. But it works great! I highly recommend.

Seems like a great concept but it wouldn't work in our area. We have an older robot vacuum an it works way better. I wanted to love the combo vacuum/mop. We ended up returning.

I haven't used it a lot yet, I'm still trying to "trust" it to go where I want it to go, but so far, it seems to work as it says.

If I could give this thing zero stars, I would. It does a fair job of vacuuming, more of picking up dust and small debris and for us, cat hair, but it clogs quickly and often. The real problem is the mopping. I was able to get it to mop half of the area one time and every other time it gets lost, it gets stuck, it says there's no fluid in the resevior. I should have gotten the Roomba and now I can't return this junk.

After buying it and having used it for about a month I would love to bring it back as this product isn’t what it’s cracked up to be. If you’re floor plan is basic, this may work perfect. I have hard wood floors, carpets and picked out the zones on the program, this shark still goes onto the carpet and cleans some area multiple times. I’m over it. At this point it’s just in the corner

Need good wifi. Works very good! It’s great to be able to coordinate times for cleaning and not have to do it yourself anymore!!

Shark works but jot the best riol. Hard to figure out and use well. I would recommend but know how to use it first.

Its ok, the roomba has more suction power and goes everywhere. This one gets lost of you lift it from one place to another. Its not bad for the price, but ita functionality is not so good.

We enjoy having a robotic vacuum around the house. Only problem we’ve encountered was that it didn’t roll all the way into its charger one afternoon and caused it to die.

I got this because of my wife the first one broke after a week and we got a replacement with the warranty stuff see how long this will last

Nice product, but the battery life is a little short to do a whole house.

Do not recommend this vacmop combo. I ran the explore mode multiple times befire it was even close to getting my map some what close to the layout of my house. You are supposed to be able to set up areas that are no zones but this option doesn't work great. It is an ok option maybe if you do not have rugs or have all hardwood flooring throughout your house.

Great vacuum. Does an incredible job. The carpet looks great. We programmed it to run every morning at 7 AM.

Not good if you have multiple dogs, and there’s a lot of hair getting stuck on vacuum. It constantly gives me an error message and stop working in the middle of cleaning.

This product is amazing. I am not sure why I waited so long to get one of these. It really save me a lot of time from having to clean the floors. I must say I have to sweep from underneath the counters because the vacuum want fit that close to the counter but that is no big deal. This vacuum picks up and mop perfectly. I would recommend this item.

I like it..I think the roomba is better but I like the mopping function and the smaller size. Overall it does a good job.
