Cleans very well picks up lots of dust and hair and mopping also picks up alot of dirt and grime.

It decides if it wants to wet the mop or not half the time it doesnt . Its mapping is very good but forsntvuse it at all abd gets lost stuck all tge time.. goes in to no go zones evertime and wets all my carpets even tho i marked them carpet zones … and it uses all its soap 20 mins into the clean on liw flow setting … just junk … the obly good thing is its a good vaccum

It cleans all surfaces of my floor very well , I use it to clean up around my business and it helps !

It's good in general but software needs improvement. You cannot define a small carpet on the floor plan and a map has too small size.

This is my first experience with a robot vacuum and overall I am pretty impressed. I chose this model, because it has the added mopping functionality (my house mostly has tile and vinyl floor). The setup of the vacuum was dead simple. I just needed to set up an account with Shark, and turn on the unit, and through the app I was able to get everything connected. The unit shipped with a low battery level, so I needed to wait until the next day to try it out. The first time you use the vacuum, it does a tour of your house to figure out the layout. I was pretty surprised how accurate the generated map is. Then next time you run, it tries to determine the location of carpets in your house. I was a little disappointed with the fact that the carpet detection did not recognize my rungs. However the app allows you to manually enter in the location of carpet areas. While the unit is not quiet, it is much quieter than my cordless Dyson I regularly use. After the initial runs you are able to use the mopping capability. Overall I thought it does a decent job moping. The unit ships with a small bottle that was about enough to complete a run of my house (about 1800 sq. ft.). My big problem with the unit is that it seems to get stuck in locations of my house where I have a thick rug under a coffee table or bed post. I am not sure why it cant figure out how to navigate around it, but it gets stuck and you need to manually move the unit. This leads me to my biggest issue, which is the Shark Support. When my unit got stuck, the app gives a notification (with no error code) that you should call support. When I called support, I was not able to get to a person to help with the issue. I got transferred to three different people, each of whom said I was talking to the wrong person. After the third person I asked to speak to a supervisor. When I did get the supervisor, he wanted me to reproduce the issue and he said he would call me the next day. Unfortunately he never did... Overall, I like the unit and I think the unit is pretty nice and would recommend to someone interested in a robot vacuum that also has mopping capabilities. However, the support team really needs to get their act together,

I had to connect my wi-fi to the 2g internet because of the vacmop. I really expect more. It does not vacuum or mop as well as some reviews said it.

Took a few trys to set up the map to exactly the route of my house but I am so happy with this Shark, I love that I can label each room, merge rooms together and vacuum as I want each room. It has great suction and my dark hardwook floors are truly dust free. I haven't used the mop on it yet but I have no doubt that it will clean to my expectations. I hope to have this vacuum last for years without issues

The concept of the convenience is great, but this product is not there yet. I feel like for this price and the specs that are highlighted the vacuum should pick up more trash like confetti, the brushes should get closer to the walls and corners, and the mop just drains mid room. Maybe in the future after fixing a few kinks this would be what they aimed for it to be but now for me it’s not.

We purchased this to supplement our regular vaccum only to be be pleasantly surprised at how much it actually picks up. We have an Aussie dog who sheds a good bit so staying ahead of the fur can be a task. The Shark does an amazing job of picking up the hair and other dirt. I had owned another brand robot vac many years ago and am very impressed with Sharks ability to learn and map the house.
