Once we attached the mop feature the system seem to lose his mind and was useless. After we exchanged it for a new unit it has performed amazing and will not trade it for the world!

Amazing little robot!

I am amazed at how easy it was to set up and at what a great job it does. I have two sharks now. I bought the one that vacuums and empties it self and then I bought the one that sweeps mops so I get my whole house cleaned while I’m watching the game. Can’t be that!

The concept is great but it doesn't work. You should monitor what the device is doing at anytime. Only few times it was able to finish its work. Room navigation is awful. The people who programmed its algoritms are stupids. It get stuck with "error 16" and this error is not in your manuals. It's not capable to recover and continue its work after it got stuck despite you move it to another location. Its "stucks" are not real. There are no obstacles and the device start to turn over its own axis without doing NOTHING. Please do not waste your money with this thing.

Shark AI Robot Vacuum

I even called the help desk and got a new receiving tower that didn't help. This is definitely not for everyday use, just a waste.

I thought this had a god shot at working well. It wasn't all the mop meeting my expectation. I thought they needed to give more support during set up. The water cartridge needed to be larger. going back, keep trying Shark!

I am trying to figure out the issues it just goes in circles and appears to be a common problem.

Nice mop.

Lots of nice features. Makes the house smell fresher with the “Spring Clean” scented mop juice it came with. No streaks. Pricey but nice.

It goes about a foot and then shuts off and makes a terrible whining nose when it is moving. I have done all the troubleshooting and nothing works.
