So far it has been great. The room mapping isn't the greatest, but this Shark works better than our old one.

This vac is surprisingly strong! Shark is a brand that has been growing in our home. The price and quality of their products is what makes them so great. If you are unsure about this product, you will not be disappointed.

Works well wish the fluid reservoir was bigger but not a big deal I just schedule it to so one room at a time when mopping that way I have time to refill it before the next time it mops

Works amazing. Was alittle difficult to set up at first but once you get going it’s amazing! I love the ability to set high traffic areas or send it to clean a specific spot

Excellent performance. I vam disables. All I have to do is keep this marvallous piece f equipment cleaned. That is a snap. I use my mini hair blower to dry the removable tray, after washing it out.

We love this vacuum!! Able to setup no go zones, it’s very efficient, we can setup a schedule, when it runs low on battery it recharges and returns to finish cleaning.

WASTE. OF. MONEY. I have never been more disappointed in any purchase in my whole life. It took several hours over a two-day period to set up with a Shark representative on the phone. Then, when I finally connected it to my phone/app, it took an hour to sweep and I still had to sweep with a Swiffer. I literally watched it roll over a tiny strand of lint, twice. Also, I had no idea that the return policy was 15 days. I thought it was thirty days. Now I am stuck with a worthless piece of electronics. It’s not for people who want a truly “clean” floor. Costly mistake; very unhappy.

Not worth it at all. It’s mapping is poor. It doesn’t vacuum very well on carpet or on hard floor. Mop on eco last not very long at all. Returning to get my money back.

I used it once it made a pretty good map of my place then it just stop cleaning the floors. And doesn’t stay connected to the internet and I have to keep resetting it.

i would not buy it. It is always getting lost amd does not clean well and have to be resetting very often

Great for the house run it twice a week with three dogs helps keep the grime up from the dogs running in and out of the house

The product only lasted for 1 run. Cleaning was really good but the home map was not very proper. There is an option on the app to only clean specific rooms. I kept trying that option but it does not work. It will either vacuum the whole house or would not vacuum at all. Small object detection is also poor. I have a flower vase on the floor and small show pieces. It kept hitting them and broke one of them ultimately. The vacuum stopped working after one run. I called Shark customer service and they offered to replace. However I am not interested in keeping this product and will be returning it.

Very quiet and cleans well. The only thing wish for is a bigger reservoir for the cleanning solution. Have a 600 sq feet area and needs to refill once.

I purchased this item and will purchase one for my daughter. I am happy with the performance and the service of Best Buy.

I liked this item so much so far. I had struggled a little to set it up properly but now that did its working just fine and actually i liked the way it vacums and mops. Thanks

Would not purchase again. The mop functionality failed on my first unit right after return policy window expired and warranty replaced it. The replacement is now having a similar issue

I have used a competitors robot mop and feel that this is a much better device. Not only is it a better mop, it is dual use as it vacuums as well

Dont get me wrong I am a huge fan of Shark products. However, this product is an amazing idea just in theory not reality. it just does not clean good enough. as much as the vacuum goes, it does not vac the corners or the walls. and about the Mop it just does not have the power to rob the stains out of any surfaces. and at the same time, it will randomly miss places to clean while cleaning some parts many times. Not a good product for the price. I was expecting a better product from Shark. Just quick note that Shark customer service was a great help on updating the software.

works and doesn't go in some random order to clean floors like the roomba models. it even includes multiple pads for mopping come to find out :D does great.

The Shark AI Robot Vacuum has been a welcome addition to my house. With two dogs, two teenagers, and working adults, it is difficult at times to stay on top of household chores. Vacuuming is one of those that fall to the bottom of the list when we are in a hurry to get something else done like laundry, making dinner, etc. First off, the setup was simple. Finding a landing spot, connecting it to Wi-Fi, and attaching it to the app was all very straightforward and went without a hitch. There were a couple of exploratory runs before it was ready to do its job as it has to map the space. Once the area was available in the app and the level was fully mapped out, I was able to note some higher traffic areas, reshape the rooms slightly or mark off areas that needed to be avoided. During this time, it was extremely important to keep as much stuff off of the floor as possible. Items like dog bones, cords that could be moved out of the way, chair placement, etc. were all things that are better off of the floor during the first few runs so that your map is as accurate as possible. We have used the mop feature and what I’ll say is that it does a good job but, make sure any and all debris is off of the floor otherwise you’ll find it stuck back onto the carpeted areas or in corners that were already done. Again, I think this is mostly an issue with our two dogs that shed. The pads need to be taken off and at minimum, rinsed before the next run; however, it comes with extra so you can swap it out for a new one while you are cleaning the other. We really like waking up in the morning and seeing vacuum lines on the carpeting and for us, this does a great job keeping the areas generally clean. It has eliminated the need to do a thorough deep vacuuming two or more times in a week’s time. With the Shark Robot, we’re now doing it about once every eight to ten days. I definitely recommend this and I know it will be a part of our household going forward!
