Waste of money

I’m giving it 2 stars because the timer worked good and the programming was simple. I went back to my old fashion vacuum cleaner.

Very disappointed

One of th brushes stopped working for me the first hour and the mop portion was leaking fluid all over the floor. I had high hopes when I purchased it but they let me down. Ended up returning and got an Irobot.

Vacmop

Sucks for the price

Mop reserve tank didn't work

The mop tank didn't work so I called Shark customer service. They could not offer a fix and said I could buy a new part. It was 5 days old and the mop had never been used and their suggestion was that I can buy a new part. They said it wasn't part of the warranty. Again, it was 5 days old!
