I tried for over an hour then got tech support on the line and tried it again, still nothing. Tech support sent me an RMA for return, but I cannot print it out I keep getting an error. Taking it back to the the store!!

The app is not user friendly, trouble with mapping. Too many places for dirt to get into and clean the unit after vacuuming. It would be nice to have a larger container to hold the dirt. My house only has hardwood floors and it did a decent job with cleaning, however does not clean well if you have pets. Overall, its not too bad but the app needs work and larger container to hold the dirt so you dont have to empty often. Battery life is ok.
