It works very good. Highly recommended it. It vacuums the floors and leaves them clean. Mops the floors pretty good. Only problem that it runs into is when it’s exploring your home. Sometimes it’ll leave 1 or 2 rooms out and you either have to add it or keep letting it explore your home. But as far as cleaning, it does clean very good.

This works great as a vacuum, but not as a mop. It keeps saying that there is no cleaning solution in the reservoir when there is, just filled it up and it gets stuck on things. For example, we have tile and laminate flooring and there is a bump where the floor separates. This vacmop will get stuck on that because of the water reservoir is too heavy. I wouldn’t get this again, too problematic.

This is pretty neat. It’s my first time owning one, and I like Shark products. However, we have 2 hairy dogs and the dust bin is very tiny. Automatically emptying would be nice. The mop feature is cool, but the water tank only holds enough liquid to mop half of my tiny living room. Another thing I don’t really like is that it’s really loud! We thought it was broken the first time we used it! It sounds like a lawnmower. I do like that you can program the rooms and it runs automatically and senses things, so I’m going to keep it, but there is definitely room for improvements.

Did vacuum good and the floor cleaning option worked well. We were disappointed in the mapping ability. We could not get it to go and vacuum or mop specific rooms like the kitchen. It said you could do that but we could never get that function to work and that was very important to us. We ended up returning it and going with a different brand with a more proven system of the mapping and specific rooms to clean.

Confused, but has spirit is the best way to describe the little fellow. He's also a pain in the butt to rescue sometimes... Most times. The laser guidance and thoroughness is impressive. I have a large home with little foot traffic and it manages to sweep up a lot of dust everyday when I empty him out. It surprises me how much there is that I can't see, but it definitely makes it easier to not do it myself. He's gotten stuck a lot by accidentally closing the doors when he's in the closet or bathroom and the app is finicky with finding him. When the app does work, it reduces the 30 minute hunt... And that's if he has enough battery life to cry out for help when I ping him. It can be frustrating when he catches and drags cords or other loose or hanging items like scarves, but I would say the obstacle avoidance isn't that bad. The mopping feature is mediocre, as it just lightly mops, making me feel like I could do a better job manually. There's a lot of room for improvement, but if you chose to start with this robot for a trial period, you learn what you want over time. The house has been more lively with his antics, so I do overlook those frustrations a lot, but sadly he's not worth the price, so I will be returning him soon.

I have 5 tons in total for it to clean about 1100 square feet. This little vacuum cleans so much better than a previous robotic vacuum. The brushes also easy to clean pet hair that occasionally isn’t automatically cleaned off. Definitely a pet friendly automatic vacuum.

We purchased a couple of vacuums in our lifetime. Did not work well, malfunction can not be reset. We had a warranty and wasted money since it went out 60 days out.

Mopping is great, map is not so great. This by dar the best mop robot mop I have had. The mapping function is not great. Some days it seams like it does ok and some days drives in circles. In the end it does go eveywhere just not efficiently.

Very intuitive and easy to set up. Once it got the lay of my first floor it was easy to set up on a schedule. Rolls well over carpets also. The mopping feature I'm yet to use but a terrific buy overall. Payed 349 or close to it on BF.

I like it but haven't used it to its full potential honestly since I have hooked it up to my phone. But it works decently well. The "mop" feature is cool but sometimes doesn't work when I want it to.

I had high hopes for this vacmop since I had purchased my baby zhark vacuum and I was so impressed with that one so I decided, hey let’s buy the mop version. NOPE I was greatly disappointed. The mop rag wouldn’t get wet one bit. I did all the troubleshooting and still nothing. I’m giving it 2 stars to be nice because I didn’t feel like the vacuum worked all that great also but didn’t pay much attention o that since I already had the vacuum version. If not it would be 1 star. It did the mapping and carpet run and all that but when it would run it wouldn’t have any sense of direction. I’m sticking with my baby zhark vacuum only I’ll just mop old school style lol

I love it!!! It keeps my floor clean of debris and I don’t have to think nothing of it since I can set a schedule! I have an African Grey Parrot and some parakeets so I have to sweep twice a day. The mopping functions cleans my floor great! The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because I have to refill the cleaner reservoir too many times during a simple clean in my kitchen/dining room, three times. I would love to be able to set up a schedule for the mopping but that is not available and I am sure that is the reason. Other than that... I cannot believe I waited so long to buy!!

Great little bot for week to week cleaning. It'll pick up most dirt, but once every month or so you'll have to do a hand vacuum of areas that this guy can't get to or is too dumb to hit. Also be aware of the issue with the unit only connecting to 2.4 Ghz wifi so you need older wifi or a dual/tri band router that allows for band isolation for setup. Shark's software seems to get dumber over time unfortunately so the Robot seems to get lost more over time. Shark is amazing at customer support though, just need to invest in software more.

I love it. Its amazing, I am going back home and my house is clean...!!! No more stress

This is a good product but it is a pain to have to remove the mopping section when it needs to go on carpet. I have both now.

Pros: Has good suction and vacuuming capabilities. Really picks up the dirt and dog hairs off your hard floors, tiles, and carpet. Has good sensors that detects pets or large objects in its path (doesn’t really pick up on small object like ex; hot wheel toy car), plus very good mapping of your home and navigation. The mopping is very good as well, you can tell the floors are getting good sweep. Works well in tile, hardwood, and carpet. Very easy to use app and mapping of home, easy scheduling and no-go zones set up. Battery life is pretty good as well, and nice feature that if it runs low on battery it will return to dock and recharge to resume cleaning job once charged again. Cons: might get stuck on more furry/thick carpets like mine but to be fair this was probably designed to vacuum normal home/apt rugs but that’s my personal con. The water in the reservoir really doesn’t last even on the low setting of wetness. My home is 1,600sqft and there’s about 1,300sqft that’s accessible to vacmop and it can never do the whole house on one full tank. So the mopping option might be good when you’re home and can refill so it cleans the whole house, or when you’re out to target certain areas. (Not terrible for the size of the tank but want to let you know). Conclusion: DEFINITELY recommend it for common vacuuming and targeted sweeping of small areas when at work or away. Once home you can fill the reservoir and have a complete home mop. I believe people expect these vacuums to be somewhat of a home deep clean, and NONE can offer that. These are meant to upkeep your home so that your cleaning is MINIMAL and effortless. You’re still going to have every now and then to put your input into your home cleaning, but if you own pets this is a LIFESAVER. Hope SHARK comes out with a self-emptying unit later on, that would make it even better. But I give it a 4-star because for what it’s meant to do, it does the job. Go for it! Get it!

It did a great job at cleaning but the carpet/rug detection does not work and mapping missed an entire hall. Once it was setup, I manually set up no mop areas and still mopped my rug. Returned the item.

I have been very impressed with this but I will say if you have a lot of pet hair it's not going to really vacuum anything else until it picks up all of the pet hair. It has sort of a comb that combs the bristles of pet hair and if there's too much , it completely blocks the dirt tray. It's going to pick up the pet hair but it's not going to vacuum anything else until it gets it all up. Might not be a good vacuum cleaner for someone who has a dog that sheds.

Vacuums very well, mopping leaves streaks, noisy when it runs and started to squeak after a month of operation Another good purchase; but, the noise is disturbing.
