Works some of the time…

These mops, not so much. I bought this one and it worked ok for the first couple weeks then it started “getting stuck” on nothing. It will go and just lose its place in the map and stop. Error messages states if it keeps happening to call customer service. Well, after 5 calls and video chats they finally decided to say my unit was defective and sent me a replacement. Unfortunately, a week in, the replacement is doing the same thing. It happens when the mop attachment is on. If it’s in just vacuum mode it does fine. Great when they work, but a pain when they decide to not work. If you’re looking for a robot mop, I recommend trying another brand… if your looking for a self empty plain ole vacuum, there’s work great.

Costly Mistake

Cleaned it out, dried it for a week and no battery life. Assumed the water from cleaning ruined it so ordered a new one. Second one worked for 15 mins and then no life again. The battery was pricey too, $100 to be exact. I’m not investing in the Shark products anymore. Will try Roomba next time.

We ran it 16 times according to the app and among those 16 runs it never mapped our home effectively. The mop feature might have been awesome but we never got a chance to truly try it because of other technical issues. For that price point, there were definitely better options.

Shark VacMop is amazing

I absolutely love that this one will not only vacumn but also mop my tile and hardwood floors. It does a great job. So nice that I can get my dusting done while it cleans the floors and carpet.

Never had to intervene. Mop - still has some jitters, not smooth enough and does need some manual intervention. On most occasions, gets stuck during mopping and has to be reset or placed on a different location to start again. I would still keep it as it does reduce manual effort by a lot.

Keeps saying something is in the way and the first time it was hair but the box says self cleans the hair from the brushes. After I removed the hair it stopped again saying the same thing only this time, nothing was there. Even customer support couldn’t help.

I LOVE THIS ROBOT!!!

LOVE IT!!! I haven’t used the mop part yet will keep you posted

Got the self empty vacuum for Christmas and decided I needed a mop. They both work amazing together and I really love not having to clean my house all the time. Only reason I gave 4 not 5 stars is because I have to be home to fill up the mop dispenser a lot buts it’s worth it!

We got a puppy with thick fur and we live in a carpeted apartment. We run our Shark every day, sometimes twice and it helps keep the house under control. Using the app is great, I can change the schedule from my phone while I'm at work.

It’s Not A Roomba!!!!!!

It takes a lot of pass through before a map of your house is created and sometimes the first map is wrong, it created a map of the outside of the house and it never left. If you want to avoid the hassle go with i7+ much better. Mop is not great either.

Great product

I would definitely recommend this to anyone as a nice substitute for daily cleaning
