Cleans decently well. Does well with pet hair. Would be better with a wider brush/cleaning path. Would also be nice if it could sense something in its way, such as dog poop. That’s the absolute worst to clean and not ruin the robot in the process by getting electronic components wet. I would also like to be able to pick where it cleans on the scheduled cleaning.

We have a Labrador and this vacuum is a life saver for my sanity. Only issue is leaving how to 'wash" it. With its picking up all the dog hair, there is a smell of dirty dog (eeww) when it transfers debris from vacuum to container. Otherwise, it's great!

I give this item a 10/10. It is convenient, easy to set up, sleek, good for compact spaces, easy to maintain and it is durable. I could not ask for anything more! I am sorry that BestBuy does not carry this item anymore, my friend wants one.

So this is the third robot vacuum that we have owned and by far has been the best. No more dealing with expensive bags that don’t work half of the time, cleans up well, and actually seems to hit more areas than the iRobot that it replaced. Overall, very happy with this purchase and would recommend to anyone currently trying to decide.

So I initially tried the irobot Roomba but it continuously got stuck. In the meantime I had purchased the shark cordless pet vac and was very happy with it, so I nabbed this robot vac when it went on sale. Gotta say Im happy with it so far. It has good suction, doesnt get stuck, handles thresholds like a champ and the dust bin doesnt need proprietary bags like some of the other brands.

I bought this to replace my 2-year-old Roomba. I didn't like that my Roomba was banging into my furniture, and it was loud. This robot vac will map your floors and empty itself. My robot vacuum will run about 90 minutes, 1300sf, tile, area rugs and runners, with the AI laser guidance it doesn't bang into the furniture and hasn't got stuck... yet! Most people will say I can vacuum my floors in less than 20 minutes. You probably could, but do you do it everyday? I actually run mine about 3 days a week with Sunday's off! Oh, I still have my roomba, I just moved it to my bedroom, bath and closet, run s about 30 minutes with no damage there!

Does a great job. Picks up dog hair with ease and is much quieter than expected.

Just gave this to my parents for a Christmas present and we all are in love! This machine is so quiet. Their cat was not the least bit afraid. We never had to turn down the tv and we heard each other just fine. We were worried about the steps and stood so if it started to go down them we would grab it. But it knew they were steps and would turn around. Amazing. My parents are in their 90s and do not have smart phones. So they just hit clean and it cleans! I am purchasing one for myself today!!

My very first shark I’ve owned. I was not sure what expect from it but was pleasantly surprised just after a couple days. I have 4 dogs and there is no sogn of dog hair anyway. Mine runs twice a day to maintain the hair and keeps my floors so clean. It’s fabulous to walk around with no shows. I connected mine through my echo, so having it clean just by telling Alexa is amazing. If you are looking for a great bav, look no further! I’ll be purchading another for the second floor too!

Bought this as a gift for my +80 yr old Mom to use in her condo. Easy to download the app and do the setup. My mom does pretty well with technology and I could easily show her how to activate the robot. It took 2 attempts to get the house mapping done correctly. Overall, very pleased! Different suction options for cleaning which was a pleasant surprise.

I did a lot of research before selecting a robot vacuum to purchase and finally landed on this one. I was hesitant to spend so much money on a vacuum based on mixed reviews. I am so happy we purchased this! We run “Kevin” twice a week with two dogs and no kids, it is a huge time savor and well worth it. It can handle the pet hair and does a great job avoiding things. We run it around 5am and it runs 900 square feet in a little over an hour..it can be a bit noisy but I usually sleep right through it. Does what I need it to do!

We really loved this robot vacuum. I had bought the newest iRobot but it did not navigate my large home well at all and missed several rooms. With this robot it goes everywhere and doesn’t get stuck too often unlike the iRobot. I also love the fact that I don’t have to buy bags for the self cleaning and only have to empty out the bin. Love that it has LiDAR and navigates through my home well. The app is also convenient. I took a star away because I did get a defective one but got a replacement that works perfectly.

I've had the vac for about 3 weeks. Set up was fairly straight forward. Mapping was easy but the results of the map are lacking in some respects. The walls of the rooms are not well defined so it makes it difficult to name each room. Also, it's difficult to set up the size of each room because it isn't clear where the rooms are. Spot cleaning is not easy because you are very limited on setting the size of the spot to be cleaned. Also, it would be nice to be able to specify the sequence of cleaning. I used the Deboot N8 and the app is a lot more user friendly. A very weak point is that you don't see the bot cleaning while it is cleaning. In my opinion this is a must. You should be able to see the bot at all times while it is cleaning and where it has cleaned. You can look at the history after it has cleaned but this is weak. The battery is a little on the small side - it would be nice if it was bigger so it didn't have to charge so many times to clean the whole house. My house is about 2700 sq feet and it cleans about 1800 sq feet. Takes about 3.5 hours of cleaning time which equates to all day when charging is included. It seems to do an ok job of cleaning and avoiding obstacles.

I researched this extensively before purchase. I love it so far. There is only one brush, but that is because the other side shoots air to dust baseboards. I have it set to clean every other day and so far, no issues. Best Buy offered a great price as well!

This product is as advertised. It goes places that we never thought it would be able to clean. Huge difference in how clean our house is without doing it ourselves. So convenient we have it set to run during the night. The only drawback is slightly noisy, but does not wake us up.

I’ve been in the market for a robot vacuum for several months and I’m so glad I bought this one! It mapped my apartment incredibly well and I love that I can choose certain rooms on the app for it to vacuum. It’s a little louder than some other vacuums I’ve had, but works way better. It has no problem going over any of my rugs, and it’s battery life is plenty for it to get my whole apartment.

The Shark AI Ultra is great for bare floors and carpet. It clears pet hair Its self-emptying base station is nice since you won't have to manually empty debris from its base station at the end of every cleaning session. Its LIDAR mapping is quick.

User-friendly and easy to setup. Loved that it empties it's own trash bin.
