I researched this extensively before purchase. I love it so far. There is only one brush, but that is because the other side shoots air to dust baseboards. I have it set to clean every other day and so far, no issues. Best Buy offered a great price as well!

The Shark AI Ultra is great for bare floors and carpet. It clears pet hair Its self-emptying base station is nice since you won't have to manually empty debris from its base station at the end of every cleaning session. Its LIDAR mapping is quick.

Works great even with dog hair and is very quiet. The self emptying has been helpful and I would highly recommend this SHARK product.

I tried some of the less expensive models but resorted to this one. It's an excellent machine! It mapped my 2500 SQ ft home the very first time in one round. The less expensive models went many rounds and never completly mapped the house. This one flawlessly picks up pet hair along with other debris and alerts your phone app if it ever gets stuck, has a low battery, or other problems.

Had a Roomba but decided to try Shark. I have to pick up rugs for Irobot but not the shark. It goes right over rugs, does not bother cords, and cleans very well. So far no hair caught or impeding the roller. It finds it way back to base every time, maps space perfectly. I highly recommend

Perfect for our home with 3 dogs that shed and 1 cat. We have hardwood floors with an area rug, and this does a great job in keeping up with the pet hair.

We have a Labrador and this vacuum is a life saver for my sanity. Only issue is leaving how to 'wash" it. With its picking up all the dog hair, there is a smell of dirty dog (eeww) when it transfers debris from vacuum to container. Otherwise, it's great!

so far this is doing a good job, disadvantage it does not show new areas on app. It will learn about new areas that are open but those will not be available on the app. i know it is cleaning them just be nice to have it on the map for pinpoint cleaning without making it learn the layout again. i do like that i can see everything it is touching and not touching which matches the layout. i have mine go off at 10pm so it is doing it when there is no traffic

Pros: You can name the robot in the app. (Ours is Karen) I have to sweep less. Scheduling with the app and Karen creating her own map of the house is nice for targeted cleaning. My wife is happy that I pick things up off the floor. Cons: I have to pick things up off the floor. Karen complains loudly when she sucks in a sock. Sometimes you have to rescue Karen when it closes herself in a room. She can be a bit loud. Cancel the schedule or close the door if you want to sleep in on her cleaning day.

We love this vacuum. We have a lab who sheds like crazy, we run this every day and have had no issues.

I give this item a 10/10. It is convenient, easy to set up, sleek, good for compact spaces, easy to maintain and it is durable. I could not ask for anything more! I am sorry that BestBuy does not carry this item anymore, my friend wants one.

Excellent vacuum, cleans nicely and is easy to get started

Weve had a Samsung robot sweeper for a few years and it did a good job, but it was soooo loud. With 3 dogs, we’d have to empty the dust bin several times while it cleaned. We decided to pull the trigger on this unit and have been happy with it since day 1. Trebeck does a great job cleaning the house and is quiet enough that we can let it run while we sleep. Extremely happy we made the upgrade.

My family loves this vacuum, we named it WALL·E. I picked it up on sale as one of the member monthly deals. It does what it is suppose to. It’s nice not having to vacuum as often with a traditional vacuum.

Setup was easy. It ran a mapping run of the house and made a pretty decent map. However it started getting itself stuck as it seemed to think it could fit under the couch all of a sudden. It’s louder than the IRobot, but it seemed to do a better job of cleaning, especially along baseboard and in the corners. It did not take long however, for it to develop problems connecting to the wi-fi in or home, though it was docked less than 10 feet from the router. Less than a month into operation, the until would no longer charge. It would just sit on its dock saying charging, but never actually take/hold charge.

So far so good. Clean Latifah is on a mission! I like the ease of the app and just tell it to go and forget about it. Picks up most stuff. Sometimes it leaves a few crumbs behind but it definitely helps our house cleaner. My wife liked to vacuum daily. Now she just sends it out while she’s out and comes back to a clean floor.
