So far so good. Clean Latifah is on a mission! I like the ease of the app and just tell it to go and forget about it. Picks up most stuff. Sometimes it leaves a few crumbs behind but it definitely helps our house cleaner. My wife liked to vacuum daily. Now she just sends it out while she’s out and comes back to a clean floor.

Excellent vacuum cleaner. No more having to give the vacuum a hair cut. Just press and it does everything else. Shocked as to how simple it is to operate. The operating battery life just floored us as how long it can go before it docks itself to recharge.

Busy little guy works hard.. The room mapping is neat., Nothing negative to say about it yet..

We named him “Spencer”. Spencer ensures that our three cats’ hair/fur are minimized by the time we wake up! We have him on a schedule and that is quite convenient! Cannot complain. Not a human replacement but takes a load off DAILY, especially when you have pets.

This is a lifesaver! With a dog and 2 cats indoors, it helps keep up with hair between normal vacuuming. The dumping feature is GREAT. With the animals and 2 people with long hair, the brush stays cleaner than I thought it would.

Love this device. The LIDAR mapping and cleaning pattern ensures a clean floor. The bagless feature and self empty base is a nice bonus. Clearly identifies and notifies when there is an obstruction. Have, and will recommend this unit to friends.

So far so good. I have only had this vacuum about three weeks so I can’t give a long time review however I’m happy with it to date. It’s a little loud when the debris is vacuumed from the robot to the waste bin but that only lasts a few seconds. It was very easy to get the robot mapped. I really like the way it vacuums in a grid. My last shark robot was all over the place.

Love having her do the in between cleaning. So nice to say clean and comeback later to clean floors

I had got this from my mom so she wouldn’t have to stress about vacuuming her floors so much. She has two dogs, a Cavalier King Charles spaniel and a golden retriever. It has been a lifesaver, and she is amazed by how well of a job it does. I am wanting to purchase one for myself due to it being such a success.

Bought two of these to replace some old Roomba 800/900 series robots. Overall these are a significant improvement over my old robot vaccums. The navigation is pretty much flawless and it covers our home without any issues. The brush on this model does not have the problem that our roombas had with pet hair constantly tangling. I still recommend taking it apart once in a week and cleaning it or whenever you empty the bin. Which for us with 4 dogs and a cat is about once a week. This model looses a star with the debris brush which is woefully inadequate for cleaning corners of carpeted areas. In fact our brush literally came apart on the first pass and had to be super glued back together. All in all we highly recommend just keep in mind this is not a permanent replacement for a normal vacuum and you'll still have to vacuum, especially the edges of the house, once a week.

Likes; Does an excellent job of keeping the house clean without having to vacuum!! Love, love, love the extra large container that the sweeper puts the waste in. We have a dog that sheds and so we run the sweeper a couple of times a week without having to empty it often. Like how it picks up dog hair on the hardwood floors and carpet. Dislikes: It’s not easy to add a room or change the existing room map once it’s been created without reprogramming it all over again. It’s excellent at picking up small objects, but larger items (e.g., small leaves my dog tracks in the house) does not get picked up. We programmed a schedule and when we run on auto schedule, there’s no way to just schedule a room. The auto schedule wants to run entire house map, which can be a waste. If you have more than rooms to map, it can be very challenging to label the fourth and subsequent rooms.

I have had a few of the pricier robot vacuums. The Shark has been my hands down favorite. With 5 dogs in the house, it gets the job done!

I have been using my shark vacuum for over two months and it has been excellent! the suction power is impressive.

We tried at lest 4 different ones and this one is the best one of all. Downside does not fit under couches as it is a little high, but cleans better. It has spot clean and you can also do one room. The mapping thing could be a little better. Sometimes it goes to different room.

Best ever! I have a boxer and he sheds like crazy. Before this vaccum I had to pass the vaccum every day, now I only do it every 7-9 days.

Bought this to replace our previous shark we loved....but ran over dog poo. So make sure your dog doesnt have an accident before running. We stuck with this because we loved our prevoius one. This one is a lot more accurate with cleaning and maps. And makes a map after one time. Only down fall is the sensor on top is much larger than our previous one so it does not fit under our couches lile the old one did
