I upgraded to this one an it’s waaay! Better super quiet an actually picks up all trash

I am happy with this robot it clean good. The only thing I was not happy with was the robot Wi-Fi setup to my phone, it would not set up to the irobot after one hour on fighting was it, finally set it up to my wi-fi.

Its great. I have zero complaints. Infact im buying a second one!

This little guy is my favorite helper. I cannot believe how much it picks up. I’ve had a robot vacuum before and it wasn’t nearly as effective. I thought I would need 2, but I’m happy with just the one. It handles my entire home just fine by itself.

I have three medium dogs and inside my house. I use the vacuum about 2-3 teams a day. The app is not that great but works fine. My recommendation is to update the app to include more than 1 cleaning a day (have to do the other cleaning manually). The filter needs to be replaced every 3 months if you have large dogs inside but overall is great.

Great vacuum, easy to setup and use. Cleans really good with dog hair.

We have had a basic Roomba for nearly two years and pretty much stopped using it when we moved to our house. It would not clean everything and aimlessly wandered into furniture over, and over, and over again. The bin had a small capacity, and it became more of a chore to babysit the vacuum than it did to simply manually vacuum. We upgraded to this Shark robot today and I am blown away by the difference. The initial setup requires a scan of the entire cleaning area, so be sure to have all rooms that you want cleaned opened. We missed our master bathroom during the first scan and the robot avoided it as if it didn’t exist, which means the scanning works! After rescanning, I was able to label every room and the different high traffic areas within the app. I was able to customize the robot to clean only certain rooms pretty much immediately. As an experiment, I had the robot clean the farthest rooms and it cleaned them all perfectly. If you have carpet, you will see the track it runs is quite organized. Do understand that a manual cleaning on carpet will probably be required periodically, especially if the carpeting is thicker. The bin has a very large capacity, and I was impressed by the cleanable filters that it contains. I would absolutely recommend this machine if you have pets and a busy household. You can schedule the cleanings around your day also!

Overall very good. App could use some improvement for room designation and mapping. Mapping finds locations that don't exist and designating rooms have to be merged and redone if the guess for where a room boundary is off at all. Mopping function is completely useless, it would be far better for Eureka to remove this and lower the price. Vacuuming does work well, and base container is easy to remove and empty and does hold a lot. Roller does need to be cleaned often depending on flooring and environment.

Maps house correctly . App is easy to use . Has 3 cleaning modes .

My daughter has a Great Dane. His shedding is a ridiculous amount. The shark makes it a breeze. The floor is clean including the corners. Thank You so much for making her happy.

I live on a farm with a dog, 5 cats, a kid, and a husband and the vacuum keeps up nicely! I run it usually twice a day and she does pretty great!

I have three dogs that stay inside and having the ability to vacuum daily is a MUST! Only down side is that at the moment it does not allow you to schedule more than one vacuuming a day. You can however initiate one manually.

Cleans well, but has a clicking sound like something is loose inside of the robot.would be nice if the app allowed you to order the rooms to be cleaned.

Originally bought another shark but didn’t have the mapping! Let me tell you this is a game changer! I have a dog and cat; this has made such a difference in cleaning!

Absolutely love it. Best thing I ever got. It cleans whenever you tell it too, day or night. We have a dog so it’s great. When finished it empty’s itself too.

Have used for over a year now and have been really happy with it. It is perfect for a quick cleaning of the home (we have hard surfaces). Living in a dusty climate makes it harder to keep the home clean, but this thing has yet to disappoint us.

We love this vacuum!!! It has been great. We have had a roomba and it got stuck all the time. This one has not gotten stuck yet and nor has it gotten clogged up with our dogs fur. We love the self emptying features with the system. Love it and time saver.
