    Setup is a breeze. Shark vacuum has lidar technology vs other more expensive robot vacuum that use vslam navigation. Very satisfied with my purchase.

    upgraded from a much cheaper alternative. The upgrade to self empty is worth the extra price, although still looking for a good barrier strip that will keep it away from the pet water dish.

    Switched from Roomba. We have 4 kids and 3 large dogs. Our German shepherd/lab mix's hair would clog the Roomba. The shark is a beast and cleans everything PLUS there's no bag which means no extra cost! Love love love it.

    Initially, I really loved this however, it kept getting stuck on my air vents throughout the house which was problematic and hair wrapping around the brush roll seems to become a major issue, and despite constantly cleaning off the brush roll, the brush roll eventually ended up breaking and hair had actually gotten into The metal side where the brush roll clips into the robot and it actually burned into the metal which could have been a fire hazard. I ended up returning this and using my warranty to get the newer model. I am hoping that it will work better when it comes to hair.

    Sooo much better than Roomba, especially on rugs. I've had a samsung powerbot in the past and loved it, but "upgraded" to roomba when the 1st one died. Big mistake. I hated that thing but I kept it until it called quits. Now I have a samsung again and omg I can't believe how much better it is on my rugs! Even my husband noticed the difference, and he's not very attentive to those things, lol!
