This is a replacement for our original Shark vacuum that lasted for years. This new machine is more efficient and picks up considerably more than the previous model.

This vacuum cleaner is amazing. I love how it picks up the finest particles. The app needs improvement. But overall I would recommend this to anyone.

Have to re add and reconnect to internet, if i dont use for 2 or 3 days.

Works great! Love coming home and seeing the nice lines in the carpet. Mapped the house perfectly on the first try.

The wife convinced me to try one of these robot vacuums out and I have to admit I actually like it. It really does get up most of the dirt and it leaves nice lines in the carpet.

I had high hopes for this vacuum. However after comparing to a Lafont less than half the price I think I’ll go with theirs. This vacuum is way too high maintenance and I’m sorry I wasted my money. I have to vacuum the vacuum with another vacuum to get all the dirt out when changing the filter and it is not pet hair approved. The front brush falls off constantly and she’s always stuck.

The Shark AI Ultra Robot Vacuum does a good job of cleaning wood and carpet. When the robot empties the contents of its storage, it smells very dusty.

This thing picks up an impressive amount of debris from the carpet. It rivals a stand up vacuum. The issues are both the battery life, and the evacuation system. I live in a 1000sqft apartment, and only the 2 bedrooms are carpet. It takes almost 50% of the battery to clean. Mind you I have it set on max power. The device automatically docks when it hits 30%battery and has to charge for at least an hour to complete a clean. With the evacuation system, it plugs up too easily and both the receptacle on the vacuum and the tower have to be cleared before you can continue. This vacuum would be better in the $200-$300 price range.

Our shark vaccum does a great job of doing the daily house cleaning for us. works great with a household with 2 dogs.

This product does what it’s supposed to. Over all a good buy.

Our Shark AI robot vacuum has done a great job. It picks up pet hair and dust really well.

Initially, I really loved this however, it kept getting stuck on my air vents throughout the house which was problematic and hair wrapping around the brush roll seems to become a major issue, and despite constantly cleaning off the brush roll, the brush roll eventually ended up breaking and hair had actually gotten into The metal side where the brush roll clips into the robot and it actually burned into the metal which could have been a fire hazard. I ended up returning this and using my warranty to get the newer model. I am hoping that it will work better when it comes to hair.

Switched from Roomba. We have 4 kids and 3 large dogs. Our German shepherd/lab mix's hair would clog the Roomba. The shark is a beast and cleans everything PLUS there's no bag which means no extra cost! Love love love it.

I was leary about an AI robot vacuum. People versions of roombas, etc, we're huge let downs. But, this thing is incredible. It scanned my whole first floor very quickly and I now run it in varied rooms each day. The filter does get thick fairly quickly. You must look in the pockets by the filter to assure it's fully cleaned. The app is very easy to use. You can also run an unmapped floor too, it will just run and do it's thing. Expensive, but no regrets.

I really love Shark products, but this vacuum was a giant disappointment. It is not good for anyone with pets or pet hair. The vacuum gets clogged easily and will continue to roll around picking up zero dirt. Additionally, Shark’s product design team didn’t bother to think that corners and edges might also need to be vacuumed. It will leave a 2-4 inch swath of crumbs kicked off to the side that is not cleaned at all because they didn’t bother to include anything in the design to care for edges. Only dirt caught in the roller between the wheels gets picked up, maybe…. If it’s not clogged or malfunctioning. Save yourself the irritation of having to go behind it sweeping and vacuuming and just buy a Roomba at least Roomba has the edge sweeper to move dirt from the edges to the roller bar between the wheels. Poor design Shark. Very sad to see such low quality work from your engineers.

Best vacum ever. We have a dog and if it wasn’t for this little guy, we would be in trouble.
