Love it!! Dog hair problem… gone!! We named her Patty.

I've waited years to buy one of these & I've researched them to death. I didn't think they would clean much. Omg was I wrong. I decided on this Shark over Roomba as I have other Shark products that work great and it was also 1/2 the price of the Roomba. We have two cats and I can't believe how much hair & cat litter it picks up that I can't even see! Highly recommend one!

I followed it around while it "explored" to map my home and didn't think it would do that great but it did a very nice job

This thing picks up an impressive amount of debris from the carpet. It rivals a stand up vacuum. The issues are both the battery life, and the evacuation system. I live in a 1000sqft apartment, and only the 2 bedrooms are carpet. It takes almost 50% of the battery to clean. Mind you I have it set on max power. The device automatically docks when it hits 30%battery and has to charge for at least an hour to complete a clean. With the evacuation system, it plugs up too easily and both the receptacle on the vacuum and the tower have to be cleared before you can continue. This vacuum would be better in the $200-$300 price range.

Love it! I cannot say enough how much I love this and wish I'd invested in one earlier. I have a dog that sheds horribly, and this keeps it clean every day.

Great improvement over the last model. Empties less, runs longer and works good on dog hair. We have a Saint Bernard and a GSD, keeping up with the hair before this bot was a real chore.

Good buy i say, easy to clean easy to cut out hair etc lifes pet hair easy over a good product.

Works really well. The cool feature you will like is the mapping of the room and that the unit will recharge itself and continue on the same path it didn’t finish. Really cool feature!

Works great! Love coming home and seeing the nice lines in the carpet. Mapped the house perfectly on the first try.

This is a replacement for our original Shark vacuum that lasted for years. This new machine is more efficient and picks up considerably more than the previous model.

Have to re add and reconnect to internet, if i dont use for 2 or 3 days.

This vacuum cleaner is amazing. I love how it picks up the finest particles. The app needs improvement. But overall I would recommend this to anyone.

Our Shark AI robot vacuum has done a great job. It picks up pet hair and dust really well.

Our shark vaccum does a great job of doing the daily house cleaning for us. works great with a household with 2 dogs.

The wife convinced me to try one of these robot vacuums out and I have to admit I actually like it. It really does get up most of the dirt and it leaves nice lines in the carpet.

I really love Shark products, but this vacuum was a giant disappointment. It is not good for anyone with pets or pet hair. The vacuum gets clogged easily and will continue to roll around picking up zero dirt. Additionally, Shark’s product design team didn’t bother to think that corners and edges might also need to be vacuumed. It will leave a 2-4 inch swath of crumbs kicked off to the side that is not cleaned at all because they didn’t bother to include anything in the design to care for edges. Only dirt caught in the roller between the wheels gets picked up, maybe…. If it’s not clogged or malfunctioning. Save yourself the irritation of having to go behind it sweeping and vacuuming and just buy a Roomba at least Roomba has the edge sweeper to move dirt from the edges to the roller bar between the wheels. Poor design Shark. Very sad to see such low quality work from your engineers.

So far so good, it does a good job going around each room including under the bed. Not as good as a regular vac at picking up everything and getting in corners but I didn't think it would.
