I really love Shark products, but this vacuum was a giant disappointment. It is not good for anyone with pets or pet hair. The vacuum gets clogged easily and will continue to roll around picking up zero dirt. Additionally, Shark’s product design team didn’t bother to think that corners and edges might also need to be vacuumed. It will leave a 2-4 inch swath of crumbs kicked off to the side that is not cleaned at all because they didn’t bother to include anything in the design to care for edges. Only dirt caught in the roller between the wheels gets picked up, maybe…. If it’s not clogged or malfunctioning. Save yourself the irritation of having to go behind it sweeping and vacuuming and just buy a Roomba at least Roomba has the edge sweeper to move dirt from the edges to the roller bar between the wheels. Poor design Shark. Very sad to see such low quality work from your engineers.

We love our robot vacuum. It's always amazing to us to find so much dust/hair/etc. in our holding bin when it's time to empty it. At first, we emptied it every day just to see the amount this vacuum was collecting every day in our "clean" house (no pets or kids). This Shark does a great job of vacuuming our floor on a daily basis. I'm considering purchasing another unit for another residence we own, and also one for my son and his apartment.

The Shark AI Ultra Robot Vacuum does a good job of cleaning wood and carpet. When the robot empties the contents of its storage, it smells very dusty.

Better and cheaper than Roomba. The suction power is unmatched and noticeable difference after one use.

I had high hopes for this vacuum. However after comparing to a Lafont less than half the price I think I’ll go with theirs. This vacuum is way too high maintenance and I’m sorry I wasted my money. I have to vacuum the vacuum with another vacuum to get all the dirt out when changing the filter and it is not pet hair approved. The front brush falls off constantly and she’s always stuck.

Initially, I really loved this however, it kept getting stuck on my air vents throughout the house which was problematic and hair wrapping around the brush roll seems to become a major issue, and despite constantly cleaning off the brush roll, the brush roll eventually ended up breaking and hair had actually gotten into The metal side where the brush roll clips into the robot and it actually burned into the metal which could have been a fire hazard. I ended up returning this and using my warranty to get the newer model. I am hoping that it will work better when it comes to hair.

Really works great! Love coming home to a clean vacuumed house and me not doing it.

Switched from Roomba. We have 4 kids and 3 large dogs. Our German shepherd/lab mix's hair would clog the Roomba. The shark is a beast and cleans everything PLUS there's no bag which means no extra cost! Love love love it.

Works great. Goes from wood floors to carpet with ease. Must have for hard wood floors. The dump trash bin equals set up an gorget about it for weeks..

A very cool robot! It makes a lot of noises but they all signal something important so once you stop caring about that it's a necessity. Cleans well.
