    I was leary about an AI robot vacuum. People versions of roombas, etc, we're huge let downs. But, this thing is incredible. It scanned my whole first floor very quickly and I now run it in varied rooms each day. The filter does get thick fairly quickly. You must look in the pockets by the filter to assure it's fully cleaned. The app is very easy to use. You can also run an unmapped floor too, it will just run and do it's thing. Expensive, but no regrets.

    I got this for my mom on Mother’s Day so she no longer has to push a vacuum around. It’s made her life easier and my dog a lot less stressed. Main reason we got it is for dog hair and I can not express how much my puppy sheds. If you have pets this is a must have for a good price on top of that.

    I love “clean charlotte”. She has worked beautifully. The app is great. She has yet to get side tracked from her job duties. If she needs help she lets you know. I have two huskies and she is able to keep up with the fur like a true warrior.

    We love our robot vacuum. It's always amazing to us to find so much dust/hair/etc. in our holding bin when it's time to empty it. At first, we emptied it every day just to see the amount this vacuum was collecting every day in our "clean" house (no pets or kids). This Shark does a great job of vacuuming our floor on a daily basis. I'm considering purchasing another unit for another residence we own, and also one for my son and his apartment.

    I was skeptical that it could actually map out our complicated floor plan, but it did it effortlessly. It works very well! Even if you don’t think your floor is that dirty, this robot (appropriately named Clean Elizabeth) always finds lots of small dust particles. As someone with asthma, I’m glad my wife and I decided to gift this robot to ourselves.

    It’s a smart machine, turns back at the top of the stairs. The 30 minute setting to empty and resume if you have pet hair works well. A great machine!
