I have had several shark robot cleaners but this one by far is the best. It just works great!

One of the most affordable robovac and automatic empty combos you can find. It also has lidar to help with mapping your home.

Got this on Black Friday! Love it so much. Does a great job. I have a German Shepherd/Boxer mix and it does a great job picking up all her hair!

My original purchase was for a new Shark Robot (to be a Christmas present for my wife). Best Buy's original response was that there were no new ones available. A day later, I got a follow up response that one had been located and was being sent. When it arrived it was in a battered box that was taped together. It appeared to be an "open box" item. I opened it and found that everything seemed to be in order and that the item did not appear to be damaged. (However, if it was an open box item, I was overcharged as the new item price was considerably higher than the open box price. By this time, there were no Robots to be found anywhere, so I chose to keep it and deal with the price issue after Christmas. The robot worked fine for about a week, then started signalling the "error 2" obstruction message. We checked the brushes, but they were not blocked by pet hair. The machine continued show the error, so I took it back and exchanged to for a new one. This one also showed error 2 after about a week. In this case however, the cause was clearly pet hair (long haired dog), and was easily solved. The high point of all this was that they staff at the Baumont and San Bernardino stores were very efficient and helpful in doing the replacement. So: no stars for the original purchase and 5 stars for the return and replacement.

This vacuum is so easy to use and does a wonderfully efficient job covering every nook and cranny of my quite oddly shaped home.

Best purchase I’ve made in a long time! We’ve had it months now and it works like a charm. With 3 cats and 2 dogs, vacuuming had turned into a full time job. This saved the day!

Good quality, good suction. Doesn't always want to empty into the attached bin. Loud-ish. But better than most I've tried. Make sure it's in its dock properly or you'll be surprised next time you want to vacuum.

I feel very comfortable with this device and it really cleans up any sueface.

Works great on hard wood floors, but not so great on carpets. Biggest complaint is that it is really difficult to connect the machine to WIFI. I am an IT professional and I can't get it to connect to my nice mesh router. I will probably be returning it just for this one reason. Otherwise I like it and would probably keep it.

I bought this for the matrix cleaning patern. Well, it only does that pattern when you select room clean. Meaning you have to send it to every room seperate instead of just selecting to clean entire house. Very misleading. The no go option is lacking. When you set a no go area you get a box almost the size of a room making it hard to set boundaries in certain areas. Ecovacs let you create any size and shape to select smaller areas. It also shows you where the robot is on the map and wherenit has already cleaned. The shark does not. Although it does a little better cleaning due to better suction. Shark also claims hair will not wrap around brush...hahaha! I just finished cutting a ton of hair wrapped around the brush.

Works great. We have three small dogs, one does shed a lot. So we have the vacuum run about every 3 days. Goes under something’s but not all. Only issue is with all the hair the spinners sometimes balls up the hair instead of actually vacuuming it up, and having to empty the bin every other time it runs. The beater bar still gets hair wrapped around it, but is easy to pop out and clean. Same with the rotating brushes.

This vacuum was exactly what we needed. It makes life easier!

This is my 2nd Shark robovac and I love this one even more. Mapping took way less time than my first one. It is quicker, stronger & more efficient. I've had it almost a year & with 3 dogs in the house & all hardwood floors it get plenty of use. I just a week ago bought new filters.

Never gets stuck. Absolutely great realy gets the iob done

This has worked beautifully. We both have health issues and a dog who sheds. This is keeping our floors clean.

Me and my family are extremely happy with are Shark Vac. We recently upgraded to this model. We had been using an older Shark Vac model. I love the technology the Shark Vac in cleaning our floors. I would recommend it to anyone.

Does a really great job of vacuuming. We use it daily as we have 3 boxers and a cat. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because for some reason the WiFi on it is no longer working and I have to figure out to reactivate which is a pain.

Love it, so far does a great job, easy to clean, easy to set up.

Works well, but not recommended for multiple pets. I have 2 heavy-shed dogs and a cat. It gets stopped OFTEN with hair wrapped on the roller and i have to fix it. I have it run once a day. It does pretty good when it doesnt find a hair clump. If pet hair is your main reason for wanting a robo vac though, i would consider other options. I do like the large reservoir though, i only have to empty it maybe once a week.

Very good robot vacuum for the price. Does a good job and the mapping seems pretty good.
