Bought this for my mom. She's always wanted a Roomba but I found this one as an alternative! She loves it!

This is my 2nd Shark robovac and I love this one even more. Mapping took way less time than my first one. It is quicker, stronger & more efficient. I've had it almost a year & with 3 dogs in the house & all hardwood floors it get plenty of use. I just a week ago bought new filters.

Works great! Does more than I thought it would, it actually sucks and not just sweeps up dirt like I had thought.

Best purchase I’ve made in a long time! We’ve had it months now and it works like a charm. With 3 cats and 2 dogs, vacuuming had turned into a full time job. This saved the day!

Does a really great job of vacuuming. We use it daily as we have 3 boxers and a cat. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because for some reason the WiFi on it is no longer working and I have to figure out to reactivate which is a pain.

Works excellently. Mapping the house really made a difference.

Got this on Black Friday! Love it so much. Does a great job. I have a German Shepherd/Boxer mix and it does a great job picking up all her hair!

This vacuum has worked well for us. It seems to navigate the daily changing terrain well.

Me and my family are extremely happy with are Shark Vac. We recently upgraded to this model. We had been using an older Shark Vac model. I love the technology the Shark Vac in cleaning our floors. I would recommend it to anyone.

We call ours Buddy it just strolls around and clean up. The mapping is great!

Works as amazingly as I could have hoped for a robot vacuum. My wife was looking to replace our upright and this does the job - we have two dogs and two cats. The self-empty base was a huge plus. We were looking at iRobot and this was the best value for both the vacuum and the base together. If you go with Shark, definitely recommend Totaltech or a protection plan. The manufacturer’s warranty provides coverage in theory but I hear it’s a nightmare to get service.

Performs quite well with light vacuuming. It does occasionally bang into walls or objects, and can get tangled in cords that are left out so clear everything up. Overall does what it’s expected. I like the schedule feature. Set it and forget it.

Absolutely love it. Was hesitant to purchase but glad I did. Setup and app interface are both very simple.

love my shark vacuum! It’s seriously the best vacuum. It gets so much stuff that regular vacuums miss, and it’s the king of hair of all kinds. The first time using it I literally had to cut all my long hair out of the brush roll because it got so much of it that was deep in the carpet.

Easy install and operate. Keeps your floor clean when you have dogs

Great product, I would recommend to anyone that has carpet.

Sweeper is amazing. Works great and does a great job. Only complaint would be even if you set up the no go zone on the app the sweeper stilll seems to want to go to those areas.

So far, so good. Mapping is pretty accurate, it seems to pick up really well on a variety of surfaces.

This product has been a real letdown. It advertises that it works great with pets but it is constantly getting clogged. It will run for 30 seconds then say there is an error and stop. I have to unclog it multiple times just for it to work in one room. Or I'll have to sweep before I run this vacuum and that defeats the purpose. I only use it in one room and it can't even handle that. Maybe mine is defective but it is more of a hassle than a help and I wish I could swap it out for one that works better with pet hair. When it worked, it worked very well. But that has only been a couple of times.
