    I love my new Shark vacuum I got for Mother's day it really helps eliminate the daily stress of vacuuming our German Shepard's hair and all other things that end up on the ground with 2 young kids :)

    This product has been a real letdown. It advertises that it works great with pets but it is constantly getting clogged. It will run for 30 seconds then say there is an error and stop. I have to unclog it multiple times just for it to work in one room. Or I'll have to sweep before I run this vacuum and that defeats the purpose. I only use it in one room and it can't even handle that. Maybe mine is defective but it is more of a hassle than a help and I wish I could swap it out for one that works better with pet hair. When it worked, it worked very well. But that has only been a couple of times.

    Helps make it easier for maintaining a house with a dog. Does pick up pet hair but does push some hair around/miss spots because of the air exhaust. Does well on hard floor and tile.

    The price was right. The size was good. However, it stopped working after one week… basically it stopped mapping the house. Shark Customer service suggested I return it. I will say that the robot worked well during the first week.

    Its great except so far it just gets clogged from time to time when attempting to eject the dust. After emptying the dust bin myself it gives an error that the dust bin isn't attached properly but I'll figure it out still a great product especially on sale.

    Its okay, it doesnt the job pretty well, but it avoids a lot of spots its supposed to go, dies pretty fast, and gets confused and misses spots.

    We have a German Shorthiared Pointer (GSP) who sheds…like A LOT! (Google it) We’ve have a Roomba & a Eufy but neither could keep up with all the dog hair. This baby keeps our 2800 sq. ft. home dust bunny & dog hair free. The app is easy to use! Setting up a map of our home was quick & simple.

    Overall fantastic vacuum. Wish it could see lower obstacles then it can(kitty toys are still a problem sometimes) but otherwise its the best robovac ive ever had
