This robot vacuum does a very good job a picking up the debris and dog hair from my tile floor. I did have better performance out of my lower level Shark robot vacuum on carpet surfaces. I think that this item does a better job a navigating around obstacles due to the advanced sensing technology on this vacuum, compared to the lower model. The larger garbage reservoir is nice on this item too.

It great on the carpet and great when getting up dust and smalll thing on hardwood floors.

So far love this product but only gave 4 stars as we’ve only been using it for about a month… time will tell for durability and longevity! Love that you don’t have to empty it each time too!

Wonderful vacuum. Good amount of suction. Does get lost once in a while if you have a lot of furniture. This has definitely made my life easier.

For the price, this robot works well on our mostly wooden floors (there is a few throw rugs). All are swept up pretty well.

Much improved! I like the sweeper tool, the air blower on the side, my house gets clesned in half the time the previous model cleaned!

I have the roomba j7+ it’s all over the place when cleaning , my new shark ai robot cleans the whole area before it moves on to the next area, it’s more smarter than the roomba j7+,plus I don’t need bags life saver.

My experience with the Shark - Al Ultra Robot Vacuum has been nothing short of disappointing. After purchasing two units to determine if the issues were a fluke, both vacuums exhibited the same frustrating behavior. Around the 15-day mark, they stopped cleaning the entire house, either cleaning just one room before returning to the dock or going back to charging immediately without cleaning at all. This inconsistency and unreliability make the Shark - Al Ultra a waste of money. I had hoped that the second unit would perform better, but sadly, it was just as disappointing as the first. The lack of consistent cleaning performance and the fact that two units failed in the same manner lead me to believe that there may be a fundamental flaw in the design or manufacturing of this model. It's deeply disappointing as a customer to encounter such issues, especially after investing in what was supposed to be a time-saving household gadget. I strongly advise against purchasing this robot vacuum and recommend exploring more reliable options from other brands. In conclusion, the Shark - Al Ultra Robot Vacuum fails to deliver on its promises and is not worth the investment. Save yourself the trouble and consider alternative robot vacuums with better user reviews and performance records.

This product is great. I would recommend it to family and friends. After the cleaning, if walk on the floor bare feet after a cleaning, your feet will not pick up any sand grid on the floor.
