    The antiwrap brush roller gets tangled up every few days. I suppose the floor is cleaner than it would be without the automatic scheduling, but it gets really annoying to have to untangle a roller that claims to not tangle.

    Everything with this robot was on point with this robot, the app, the navigation and the wheels and obstacles it could climb were top notch... But it couldn't clean, I eventually bought a Roomba I7 just to see the difference and it cleaned all the mess that the shark couldn't get after multiple runs on max setting. You can't really budge when it comes down to what it's supposed to do.... Vacuum, I wonder if mine was defective.

    It does a good job it could have a little better suction. It doesn't get close enough to the couch but neither does the vacuum that's why a vacuum has hoses.

    Definitely this robot is amazing, may they have to improve the sensors because it does not see objects under 1/2 inch high like chairs supports
